IV. Park & Rec Update

No further activity is expected until after the 2008 season.

V. Uniform Update

Initial shipments have been received.

VI. Pickering Field & Shack

Glenn Seibert and Bob Jones discussed field needs: sod the walkways, clean the drains, crushed stone for dugout areas.

ACTION: Glenn Seibert will contact Superior Turf and get quotes for stone, grading, home plate, mound and sod for work to be completed prior to 4/5/08. Also, Glenn will obtain the written quote from Bob for proposed maintenance work on the Shack.

ACTION: Randy Coppola will ask Mike Hartwell to facilitate an evaluation of our fencing needs, if any.

VII. Chandler Field & Shack

No progress to report. We need an update from Mark Hughes. Our priority is the benches in the dugouts; we have the benches but need the legs. Other items are the deck, dugouts repair and water in middle (3rd base side).

Tom Rogers will meet with Donna McCormick-Miller on March 15 to discuss the Shack operation.

VIII. Helen Randle Field

Phil Tulley and Glenn Seibert will discuss a general evaluation with Bill Wert.

IX. Woll Tract

Tom Rogers met with Tom Jirele and discussed CRNAA’s philosophy regarding lights and tournaments, i.e. lights are for all to enjoy (not a select few) and our tournament needs can be described as minimal and non-invasive.

We are expecting Joel Grosso and Andy Levine to meet with Supervisors soon.

X. Background Checks for Coaches

Bill Reading will finish this process by April 5.

XI. Next Meeting- March 25, 2008 (8 pm at Makefield Highlands).
