BOARD MEETING –

I. Treasurer Update

Fiscal year revenue $117,537 with expenses $89,511 yields balance $28,026.

II. Senior Babe Update

Our team is up and running with 18 rostered players. Season started on 5/17

and goes through July 10. Coaches are Sam Chud and Bruce Weed.

III. American Legion Update

First game for our American Legion team is Memorial Day (Maley, Duckworth and Smeraglio are coaches). The Junior Legion team has rostered 12 players and searching for more; 13/14/15’s eligible (Steutz is coach). Registration fee for both teams was set at $200/player. Next year we’ll get the Junior Legion team associated with Post 440 as well.

IV. Pickering Fence

We have requested a quote to replace the entire fencing at Pickering Field with black coated product.

V. Council Rock North Recognition Night- June 12

Our scholarship winners will be recognized: Bello, Cafiero, Donaghy.

VI. CRNAA Playoffs & Awards

Games are scheduled and trophies/medals are ordered (including Rabberman Trophy, Gregg Cup and Pennypacker Plaque). Each Babe Ruth team will submit a nomination for the Pennypacker Award.

VII. Post-Season Managers & Coaches

The Board approved managers and coaches for post-season play.

VIII. Roster Submission (BR/LL)

Info for kids and coaches will be submitted to LL and BR.

IX. Woll Tract Update

We await a pricing update from Musco. Joel Grosso will follow up with Andy Levine re: next step.
