BOARD MEETING –

I. Treasurer Update

Fiscal year revenue $125,397 with expenses $108,951 yields balance $28,103.

II. Post Season

Tryout dates for district and tournament teams are posted on the website.

League will pay for one tournament and contribute $25 to all district and

tournament players for uniforms.

Dave Buten will place the post season practice schedules on the website.

III. Fields & Insurance

Only fields covered by our insurance can be used for practice/games.

IV. Pickering Fence

Fence repairs will start on Monday, June 23 and should take up to two days (weather permitting). We checked with the Boro and a permit is not required. The Board unanimously approved $3,300 cost.

V. Bill Wert

Bill resigned his position as Parks & Recreation Director for Newtown Township and accepted a position in Hilltown, PA. Bill worked well with us over the past several years and we wish him well with his new assignment.

VI. Field Use Fees for Travel Baseball

Phil Tully will send follow up e-mails to coaches regarding collection of fees.

VII. Pennypacker Award

Each Babe Ruth team nominated a player. There are two recipients this year: Michael Tentilucci (Apache) and Keith Terry, Jr. (Huron).
