Prior to the Board Meeting, CRNAA’s Annual Reorganization Meeting was conducted:

*Kevin O’Shea was nominated, ran unopposed and secured a one-year term as League President.

*The following people were nominated and ran for two Director positions:  Glenn Siebert, Mike Hartwell, Matt Schram and Mark Hughes.

*Glenn Seibert and Mike Hartwell were both elected to three year terms.

*Tom Rogers advised a $4,100 balance for CRNAA.  

BOARD MEETING –

I.                   Scorers Booth (Back Field at Chandler)

Josh Lemonick updated us on his Eagle Scout Project.  Footers are in and framing is done.  Josh is waiting to hear from Trex about donating supplies.  Project cost could go over budget a bit.  Josh will provide another update at our next meeting.

II.                Legion Program

Phil Tully has received many questions about CRNAA’s American Legion

Baseball Program.  We must determine boundaries for the age groups and

decide if advertising is appropriate.  The Board approved Tom Rogers as

Legion Commissioner.

III.             Helen Randle Little League Field

Someone scalped the pitching mound and converted the field to softball.  Joel Grosso will research and advise.

IV.              Field Day

Volunteers are needed to winterize the Chandler Field Complex on Saturday, November 1 @ 9 am.

V.                 Equipment

George Whitney will continue to collect equipment from coaches.  AL is done, NL is next week and Majors/Babe Ruth will follow the next week.

VI.              League Staff

Positions are being filled and posted on the website; more volunteers are needed.  Bob Musto will be Little League Commissioner.  Jay Creekmore will be AL Commissioner.  Paul Jacob will be Babe Ruth Commissioner again.
