BOARD MEETING –
I.
Treasurer Update
Tom Rogers announced that the CRNAA funds balance is $9,646.90
Ed Rowen is the new league Treasurer.
II.
League Staff
We’re making good progress filling league staff positions but need more
volunteers. Tom will send the list and we’ll post it soon.
III.
2008 League Registration Plan
Proposed dates for in-person registration:12/4 (7-9 pm), 1/5 & 1/12 (9am-12pm). Tom Rogers will contact NMS and reserve a room.
On-line registration 12/1-3/1
Bill Reading will mail postcards by 11/14. He will update the Registration Form and bring copies on 12/4.
The Coach Forms and Registration Flyer also needs updates.
Schools will be notified.
Mark Bartlett will notify Courier Times and The Advance.
IV. Changes for CRNAA Website
Dave Buten will be making several changes to our website www.crnll.com .
*New server
*Link for coaches to enter pitch count info
*Mass e-mail functionality
V. Park & Rec Update
Joel Grosso provided the following info for Chandler Fields:
*Front Field will be redone in the fall.
*Shed being put into Township budget (if approved it will be ordered and
installed)
*Bathroom is scheduled to be winterized week of 11/12.
*New fence for back field is being considered.
In support of the Woll Tract initiative, Bill Reading will send a blast e-mail reminder to coaches for the 11/19 Township Supervisors Meeting. The info has already been posted on the website.
VI. Pickering Shack
Starting to discuss a replacement project. Tom Rogers will talk with Mark
Hughes.
